Rick and his wife, Lara, have been in Gainesville since 2007 when Rick served as Associate Pastor until 2012, when he became Lead Pastor of Grace Church. Through Lara’s worship dance ministry and Rick’s passion for preaching, teaching and making disciples, they love connecting people with Jesus and helping them develop as followers of Christ impacting the world, starting with their six children.
Larett and her husband, Todd, met as students at the University of Florida and have since stayed in Gainesville to raise their four children. Larett is dedicated to helping people recognize and utilize their talents and abilities. She coordinates small groups where people can connect and grow in their walk with Christ.

Kathy was born and raised here in Gainesville and has been a member of Grace since 2005. She previously worked in the Health and Life Insurance Group Benefit Industry before joining the Grace team in 2010.
